RRB Group D Admit Card 2018 Railway Group D Exam Date & E-Call Letter

Railway Recruitment Board will release the RRB Group D Exam Date & RRB  Group D Admit Card for all participating Zones on the same day. The RRB Group D (now known as Level 1 in 7th CPC) exam is expected to be held in September or October. The RRB Group D Admit Card or you can say RRB Level 1 Admit Card will be available at respective zones’ websites. We have linked them all here.

RRB Group D Exam Date Update: The RRB Group D exam may start from 2nd or 3rd week of September 2018. As per the news websites’ resources, the Board may hold the exam in November and December. RRBs are likely to release the exam dates for RRB Group D Recruitment 2018. As many as 1.90 crore candidates have applied for the 62,907 vacancies in Group D in Indian Railways. The examinations are expected to be conducted over a period of 40 to 45 days. There is no official update on RRB Group D Exam Date 2018 yet.

Update: The group D Exam will take place from 17 September 2018.

Candidates may log in with their credentials on the above-mentioned dates through the link to be provided on the official websites of RRBs for knowing their Exam City, Date, Session, downloading Train Travel Authority (for SC/ST candidates only) and E-Call letter.

CBT Examination Scheme
 Duration of CBT: 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PWD candidates accompanied with scribe)
 Number of Questions: 100
 Section wise Marks: As published on the websites of RRBs on 29-08-2018.
 Types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
 Negative Marking: 1/3rd for every incorrect answer

New Update: The ALP/Technician CBT Exam for Cen 01/2018 has been started from 09 August 2018. The exam will last till 31 August. The board released admit card candidates and exam will be held on 10 different days. In the same way, the Group D exam is likely to take place in the month of September or October. The RRB Group D Exam Date will be announced soon at the official website of zonal websites. We will also notify you the same here.

RRB Railway Admit Card 2018 & RRB Exam Date

New update: It was advised in the previous notice that application scrutiny was in process for both the CENs (CEN 01/2018: Assistant Loco Pilot /Technicians and CEN 02/2018: Level-I posts).

In continuation of that notice, it is now advised that application scrutiny is in final stages and is likely to be completed by the first week of July 2018. Thereafter the status of the candidates will be uploaded on the website of all the RRBs.

Computer-Based Written Tests for Assistant Loco Pilot /Technicians and Level-I posts are likely to commence in August/September 2018. Exact dates will be advised through RRBs’ websites in due course.

The Railway Recruitment Board will conduct the Written exam for Level 1 Recruitment in April and May. The Final Exam Date is yet to be announced. The RRB Group D Exam Date will be announced Zone wise. The Exam date will be published on all 15 participating zones’ websites.

RRB Railway Group D Admit Card 2018 & RRB Exam Date

Let’s discuss the RRB Level 1 Admit Card or RRB Group D Admit Card. As the trends have shifted to the Online System, most of the government Recruitment agencies have adopted the same. RRB has also initiated the Online Recruitment Process.

The applications were invited online by all of the participating agencies. Now, the RRB Admit Card will also be released online. The Organizations will upload the RRB Level 1 Admit Card on their official websites. The candidates will be intimidated through SMS and email to get the RRB Group Admit Card (RRB level 1 Admit Card 7th CPC) downloaded.

The RRBs won’t send the Hard copy of the Railway Group D Admit Card to the Postal Address of the Candidates. Hence, the candidates will have to download and print the RRB Exam Admit Card online.

General Instructions Regarding RRB Exam Admit Card

As we already have mentioned, the candidates must download the Admit Card Online. There will not be any other mean used by the RRBs to commute for the Admit Card.

Also, the candidates should make sure that they have downloaded the Railway Group D Admit Card properly and everything printed is correct. If you find any discrepancy, you must connect to the concern RRB.

The candidates are advised to bring the Online printed RRB Level 1 Admit Card to the Examination Hall. YourAdmit Card/ Hall Ticket will have important information printed.

Special Instructions: 

The RRB keeps conducting examinations to fill up the vacancies in the India Railways. An exam paper generally comprises of 100 questions which get a time period of 90 minutes. The questions are usually derived from 4 categories, which include General Knowledge, Arithmetic Ability, General Science, and General Intelligence.

Please ensure to provide the exact accurate data while filing up the examination form as you would require submitting the original documents in case of selection, and would stand dismissed if any kind of anomaly is recorded.
